Weekly Menu {12/7–12/11}

I hope you had a nice weekend! I was able to get most of our Christmas decor set up. I'm just waiting for our stockings to arrive. I've searched high and low and found a cute set in gray flannel for the three of us. I haven't had a stocking for a few years now, so I'm pretty excited. Also, the weather has turned mild here, which is so nice! I think Finn and I are going to try to go for a walk this afternoon.

Here's what's on the menu this week.

Monday—Pork Chops and Rice Casserole. I have a recipe my Grandma always used to make that is such comfort food and always makes me nostalgic.

Tuesday—Leftover Chili from this recipe before I head out to a concert with some friends.

Wednesday—Chicken and Spinach Enchiladas

Thursday—Undecided. We are going to go work out, so I'm not sure what we will do after that for dinner. Maybe sandwiches or something quick.

Friday—Pizza and Salad, probably delivered from Pizza Luce. It's my favorite.
