Next week Dylan and I are starting P90x. If you haven't heard of P90x, you can learn more here, but basically, it is a workout regime. I also learned when our box arrived that it includes a meal plan for the 90 days of the program. Initially I was not thinking we would do that, but after looking it over, Dylan and I decided to try it out. It's just 90 days, right? {Insert crying face here.}
So, to prep for getting started, I'm going grocery shopping this weekend so we have all of the ingredients.

Monday—Salmon with a Lemon-Dill Sauce and Asparagus
Tuesday—Turkey with Green Beans and a Butternut Squash Soup
Wednesday—Halibut in a Pesto Sauce with Wild Rice and Zucchini
Thursday—Chicken in a Honey-Chile Sauce with Quinoa and Snap Peas
Friday—Swordfish in a Mango-Ginger Sauce with Wild Rice and Artichoke
