Weekly Menu {3/28–4/1}

Happy Easter! I hope you all had a nice weekend. Ours was pretty low key. Dylan hasn't been feeling well, so we ended up canceling our Easter plans and just hanging out at home. We've been watching Grimm on Amazon Prime. We've really been enjoying it. It reminds me of Gotham a bit.

Here's what's on the menu this week.

Monday—Chicken Fajita Salad with some friends we have coming over.

Tuesday—Rice Bowls with Fried Egg and Avocado.

Wednesday—Dinner with our Community Group from church.

Thursday—Ramen...I haven't found a recipe yet, but I want something I can make in the slow cooker with maybe beef shank or a spicy ground pork. The few I've found are super complicated.

Friday—Eating Out.
