Weekly Menu {6/6–6/10}

I hope you had a nice weekend! Ours was really nice. We had a relaxing day on Saturday and then ran a few errands on Sunday before hanging out in the backyard in the early evening.

Here's what's on the menu this week.

Monday—Pork Bahn Mi. I intended to make this last week for lunches and just didn't get to it.

Tuesday—Chicken Caesar Wraps. These just seem like such a great summer option.

Wednesday—Quesadillas + Aztec Salsa

Thursday—Mexican Bow Ties. This recipe is from a cookbook we have, but essentially it is a combination of chicken, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh cilantro, black beans, and bow tie pasta. It is super easy to throw together.

Friday—Takeout
